The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has announced 163 vacancies for Constable and Head Constable positions. These roles are initially temporary but likely to become permanent. Interested candidates can apply online.

ITBP Constable Recruitment 2024 Details

1. Constable (Tailor)

No of Posts: 18
Age Limit: 21 to 23 years (as of 18th August 2024)
Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation or 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institution or equivalent.
- Two years of work experience in the respective trade.
- One year certificate from ITI/ Vocational institute with at least one year experience in the trade or two years Diploma from ITI in the trade.

2. Constable (Cobbler)

No of Posts: 33
Age Limit: 21 to 23 years (as of 18th August 2024)
Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation or 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institution or equivalent.
- Two years of work experience in the respective trade.
- One year certificate from ITI/ Vocational institute with at least one year experience in the trade or two years Diploma from ITI in the trade.

3. Head Constable (Education & Stress Counselor)

No of Posts: 112
Age Limit: 20 to 25 years (as of 5th August 2024)
Educational Qualification:
- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with Psychology as a subject.
- Degree from a recognized university with Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent.
